Withdrawal Stage
This is only applicable for applicants who have earlier accepted the EAE(ITE) offer.
To withdraw your earlier acceptance of EAE(ITE) offer, you are required to login to the system to confirm your withdrawal online by 16/10/2026 11:59 PM.
No further withdrawals will be accepted beyond the stipulated deadline.
Do note that the withdrawal process cannot be revoked. Please consider carefully before you submit your withdrawal request.
Once you have withdrawn from the Poly EAE (for ITE students), we would like to share that you may apply for admission to the polytechnics in the Academic Year 2019 through the Joint Polytechnic Admissions Exercise (JPAE).
If you have accepted an EAE(ITE) offer but do not withdraw by the deadline will deemed to have confirmed your acceptance and will not be eligible to participate in JPAE and other polytechnic admissions exercises.

Terms and Conditions
General
By using the e-services provided by Polytechnic website ("this website"), you shall be deemed to have accepted to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, please discontinue using this website.
Interpretations
"User" means the user of the Services.
"Polytechnics" means the 5 polytechnics from Singapore namely Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic and Republic Polytechnic which are the provider of the Services.
"Services" means the electronic services offered by polytechnics in this website.
Services
The Services provided herein are conditional upon the User's acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions or any modification made to these Terms and Conditions by Polytechnics from time to time. For avoidance of doubt, the User is deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions upon the use of the Services.
Polytechnics shall have the right to suspend or terminate the Services without giving prior notice to the User. Polytechnics shall not be responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the unavailability of the services.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Polytechnics may, without giving prior notice, modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Warranties
Polytechnics makes no warranty that the Services, software or information or materials provided will be uninterrupted, timely, accurate, reliable, secure or error free and expressly disclaims all liability whatsoever.
Limitation of Liability
The User shall not hold Polytechnics liable under any circumstances whatsoever for any claim, action, demand, damage or loss as a result of the User using the Services.
User's Indemnity
The User shall indemnify Polytechnics at all times from any claim, action, demand, damages, loss, expense or cost which Polytechnics may suffer or incur as a result of the use of the Services by the User.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the materials and information contained in this website or supplied to the User by the Services shall belong solely to Polytechnics and these material and information shall not be reproduced or used by the User for any other purpose unless with the prior written approval of Polytechnics.
